12" x 48" freestanding; three- legged pedestal with 14” wig stand decorated with terra cotta pens and permanent markers Lil' Bobby came to visit. He looked around at all my artwork and wanted to draw with my pens and markers. I said, "Let's have fun with this." He was 3 years old. He grinned and laughed as we drew his face onto the ceramic wig stand. I had inherited the stand from a friend who died, finally, from Chemo and breast cancer. A lovely soul, she used the stand for her wigs, but walked around bald. She looks up and grins through Lil' Bobby. |
