I have always admired the Chance Object, what is usually called the Found Object, since they flip reality over. A true statement of Minimalism, this piece is made from two chance objects. The base is an outdoor ceramic pot that cracked and was discarded. The upright piece was salvaged when we converted our fireplace from wood burning to gas. We no longer needed the log rack. I turned it on and so it could walk and perhaps talk.
